We invite you to join the Guild and welcome anyone who is 18 years of age or older interested in furthering our mission and the goals of the Rocky Mountain MS Center.

Regular membership: $35 per year
Patron: $75 per year
Lifetime: $350 one-time payment

Though you may become a member at any time, annual dues are payable on January 1 and become delinquent after the 15th of that month.  Dues of those individuals who become members after October 1 will be applied to the following year.

You may join or renew your membership online. To pay through the mail by check, please email Ilona Dwoskin at ilona@mho.com and she will send you an application.
